Welcome GreetingsFairly speaking, I am certain that we all have been a customer for one reason or the other at any given point of time in our life. So!! Wouldn’t you all agree with me if I begin with talking about customers, their wants & needs and top of all discuss on how to measure customer satisfaction?

And yeah!! Those who would be landing up visiting my Website are going to be referred to as “My Valued Customers”. Am here to cherish the essence of customers leaving with a complete satisfied notion.

Statistics indicates, “An average online customer generally stay just 45 seconds on a Web page. That's right I have approximately 45 seconds to draw a reader/ customer in”.

Hence, without any delay I Tarek Mollah cordially invite you to my ‘Dream Design’ and mark the beginning of a voyage in meeting your miscellaneous requirements and effortlessly would devote my services to see the customers depart contended.

And I am not going for the cold turkey approach, I am here in getting the customers involved actively to reinforcement my commitment and that means, we are looking into some serious business and long time relationship. It’s your evaluation that will make the purpose of this site worthwhile and I must mention highlight, this site is a personal initiative and has no involvement of any organization(s) at least for the time being.

However, any content referring to third parties is only done to share/ exchange information’s & links, without holding any legal and financial prejudice. I have been principally careful in developing the site content keeping customer requirements as the optimal priority. At the end, it’s the customer who would be browsing through the site to envisage their requirements and the overall success of the site depends upon your positive feedback.

Being customer centric is easier said but the truth which is hard to admit for most vendors is that, the cost of managing customers and retaining them are actually being passed on to the customers themselves. So, to me when it’s the customers who makes a business successful, why shouldn’t I ensure that they are given due regards!!

Customer ServicePart of my intention would be also to educate customers to become more aware of services and products they sought, and am sure all would agree my vision to this to be an ethical approach in wining customer’s confidence. Rightly put by Abraham Lincoln, you definitely can’t fool all of the people all the time.

I would be using knowledge based contents with easy understanding for my customers and shall most of the time refrain from any difficult jargons. A confused customer would be a lost customer eventually, and as I am in the service industry related to ‘Information Technology, eEducation, Contact Center and Web Enabled’, it would obviously make communication fall apart if I don’t speak customers language.

Actually, 20th Feb’ 2010 saw the primary launch of my website and it’s been sometime I have been working on choosing the targeted market. And I am sure I have made the wise decision in focusing my services meant for those, who need be not only become long term but permanent customers. The objective is to be in the World Wide Web for as long as possible, consistency counts and eventually builds trust amongst the users and paves ways to know each other more.

So, what are the services I am talking so much about till now? Well! I have done some surveys and need base analysis so far. And identified few areas where I am going to extend my services, again not for sometime but for a very long time. This would require generating leads and keeping regular communication with those I shall be acquainting.

Primarily lets look at the these few:

I am not going to keep whining just to fill up the page, but I shall certainly engage in profiling my customers and explore their lifetime value as the site matures. Or else, how do you think customer value would be measured!!

Prior wrapping up, demography is going to be another pointer in here. As the targeted customers would often be taken by surprise of the location, but we all know that ‘Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day’. And I am the sort of person who knows just how to get things moving in the right direction.

And hey, you all aren’t just going to be my customers but as well my buddies. Right!! Keep going …
